EmpHIRE Alternative Hiring Solutions is looking for a few good men and women to fill multiple commission-based Sales Professional roles. As a Sales Professional, you will be conducting business to business sales using your exceptional networking and marketing skills. These positions are open as either full-time or part-time opportunities. So, if you’re looking for a new career or a way to make some extra money, this may be the position for you!
Responsibilities:
We realize that sales people work best when they are given time to sell. At empHIRE, we do not bog our sales people down with administrative tasks and keep paperwork down to a minimum. Your responsibilities will mainly revolve around networking and connecting with potential clients.
·        Expose empHIRE’s products and services to clients throughout the Edmonton and surrounding areas.
·        Network with local companies and small businesses through networking events that interest you and work with your schedule.
·        Generate new leads through research, networking, cold calling, and email campaigns.
·        Provide exceptional service to your clients and become a source of information in regards to the employee hiring process.
·        Use multiple social media networks (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc) to connect with new people in the community.
·        Track client activity and orders using resources supplied by the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
·        Past success in sales is required
·        Business to business sales experience is considered an asset but willing to work with the right person who is willing to learn
·        Excellent networking and people skills. The ability to steal the spotlight in a crowded room.
·        Ability and drive to work independently with minimal supervision.
·        Exceptional computer skills, including strong knowledge of on-line social media, strong MS Office skills (Excel and Word), and able to learn new programs and application quickly.
·        A team player who is not afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
·        Above all, you must possess integrity, vision, and a drive to continually push for more and more business (AND more and more money!)
Compensation:
These positions are available either full-time or part-time depending on your situation and need. In addition to working with a fantastic team of well connected professionals, this position offers:
·        An extremely aggressive commission payout with no caps
·        Flexibility to work within your own schedule
·        All marketing material will be provided
·        Entrance into multiple networking groups around the city
·        Some leads will be provided
·        As much or as little training as you want/need
