Pizza hut is looking for restaurant manager in the Edmonton region that are willing to relocate!

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant industry

· Minimum of 1 year experience in Food cost and Labour cost control

· Minimum of 2 years experience in staff management

· Excellent communication and strong team building skills

· Leadership and ability to motivate the team

· Good computer skill

· Multi task (knowledge of the different positions : host, kitchen, waiter)

· Customer oriented

Responsibilities:

· Supervise, control the operation and the employees in their daily task

· Maintain high quality of the food, the service and the cleanness of the restaurant

· Maintain and promote a good work environment in the team

· Play an active role in the customer relation by giving and encourage the employee to give an excellent guest service

· Responsible for all the recruitment process, training and managing employees

· Responsible for management of the inventory, loss, food cost and labour cost in the objective of realising the exploitation goals

· Make sure that the work methods, the norms and the policy of the company are followed by the employee

· Others management task
