We have successfully launched our first thirty stores in Canada and will be opening more in 2010.  We are looking to fill full time Co-Manager positions in our Edmonton stores.

 

This position will play a key role growing our brand, fostering our company culture for our Associates and creating a unique and memorable shopping experience for our Customers.

QUALIFICATIONS: Ideal Candidate

 

§          5+ years of Management experience needed.  Experience managing multi-store locations an asset

 

§          Proven track record of successfully managing in a high transaction environment — beauty industry experience preferred

 

§          Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and “lead change”

 

§          Experience opening new stores and/or managing a renovation/store relocation is ideal

 

§          A demonstrated ability to facilitate learning at all levels

 

§          Proven ability to build and sustain sales results with a strong desire to exceed expectations

 

§          Strong coaching, leadership, supervisory and customer service skills
