Sales, Marketing and Advertising of Real Estate. Construct, analyze and forecast sales, in-house and prospective real estate inventory. Develop and construct advertising and promotional materials for the company and specifically sales division. Instruct on public relation activities. Required to analyze construction site visits for new project/ developments. Develop budgets and proformas on a per project basis. Organize computer and data programs in conjunction with a project by project basis for sales.

Must have Business Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Experience in the Real Estate Sector, Experience in Construction Development and Experience in Advertsing / PR

Essential - Entry level computer program experience
