Do you have a passion for fashion are you creative a go getter and a leader, Eccoci High end women’s apparel store in W Edmonton is looking for an experienced manager. Must be proficient in all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staffing, merchandising. Ideal candidate has experience developing and maintaining long term customer relationships. Familiarity with point of sale systems required. Must be available to work weekends and extended hours. We are currently seeking to fill all postions must have at least 1 year experience

 

Key Job Duties:
• Responsible for all sales performance of the store, ensuring all sales goals are achieved.
• Responsible for all hiring, scheduling, and training of employees, partnering with HR and Management as necessary
• Responsible for all inventory levels, cash levels/drops, daily sales, and store supplies and ensures accuracy of team
• Communicates sales goals, policies, procedures, expectations and other items to staff and ensures execution
• Ensures team delivers excellent customer service with professionalism, making recommendations when appropriate
• Formulate recommendations regarding sales approaches, recruitment strategies, policies, etc, sharing these recommendations with appropriate parties, and implementing ideas when appropriate
• Participates in weekly conference call and efficiently reports store status
• Serves as resource to employees for questions, problem solving, etc,

• Facilitates communication between team with district and area managers, store operations, human resources, etc.
• Reports theft of product to security participates in investigation when necessary, and ensures that staff is trained in identifying potential theft and how to report theft

• ensure that all operational and weekly document are or turned in on a timely and proper fashion

Minimum Job Requirements:
At least two year of sales management experience within a retail environment, prior supervisory experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft office programs, including Excel
Excellent communication skills
Ability to send and receive e-mail

Implement visual direction

Clearly communicate all goals to store team, as well as communicate back to corp

Ensure that the store is meeting the customer care expectation

Ensure that the store is meeting the sale expectation

Recruit, hire & train staff

Meet or exceed all sale, margin, profit goals, do so by setting the example and standard for excellence. Motivate others to exceed all goals.
